Black River Technical College (BRTC) has awarded Billy Weitkamp of Walnut Ridge the ESNA Scholarship.
Weitkamp is a 1986 graduate of Delaplaine High School and is seeking a degree in nursing. He is the son of Sharon and Bill Weitkamp of O’Kean. He is married to Melissa Weitkamp and they have two sons, Justin and Breydon.
The ESNA Scholarship funded by ESNA is made possible through the 2025 BRTC Foundation Golf Tournament headlined by Proventus. The 4-Star sponsorship package enables donors to offer a $1,000 scholarship to a BRTC student the following fall.
Congratulations, Billy!
