Black River Technical College (BRTC) has awarded Paige Rawlings of Arbyrd, MO, the Florence Nightingale Scholarship.
Rawlings is a 2009 graduate of Southland High School and is seeking a degree in nursing. She is the daughter of Danna Baugh and Mike Baugh of Arbyrd, MO. Paige is married to Gary Rawlings and she has two daughters, Lexi Burgess and Olivia Rawlings.
The Nightingale Scholarship is sponsored by the BRTC nursing faculty and staff and is awarded to registered nursing students in their second semester of the program. Recipients are chosen based on qualities that exemplify the spirit of caring embodied by Florence Nightingale. These nurses are motivators and visionaries who contribute to the redefining of the profession of nursing.
Congratulations, Paige!
