Black River Technical College (BRTC) has awarded Morgan Mullins of Wynne the Student Government Association Leaders of Tomorrow Scholarship.
Mullins is a 2023 graduate of Wynne High School and is seeking a degree in nursing. She is married to Matthew Mullins and they have one child, Parker.
The SGA Leaders of Tomorrow Scholarship funded by BRTC’s Student Government Association is made possible through the 2025 BRTC Foundation Golf Tournament headlined by Proventus. The 4-Star sponsorship package enables donors to offer a $1,000 scholarship to a BRTC student the following fall.
