Black River Technical College is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Food Preparation Specialist. This position will be a full-time, twelve-month non-classified staff position.
Position:
The Food Preparation Specialist is responsible for assisting in the food preparation, service, storage and cleanliness of the kitchen work area.

Qualifications:
The minimum educational qualification is a High School Diploma or GED equilivant; formal foodservice or dietetics training preferred. The applicant must hold ServSafe Certification as well as a valid health card from the Arkansas Department of Health. The position requires the ability to lift fifty pounds and to be on feet for eight to ten hours per day. Must have valid Drivers License.
