BRTC Workforce Training Graduates Custom-Pak Supervisors from Supervisor Academy

Black River Technical College’s (BRTC) Workforce Training Program recently graduated Custom-Pak supervisors from the Supervisor Academy, a customized 40-hour leadership development program.

The Supervisor Academy is designed to strengthen foundational leadership and people-management skills for both new and experienced supervisors. Participants receive an assessment of their leadership strengths and areas for growth, along with training tailored to their individual needs. With a combination of formal classroom instruction and hands-on activities, the program builds knowledge and skills through education, real-world experience, feedback, and relationship building.

BRTC works closely with local and state workforce development agencies and area economic development initiatives to serve the needs of businesses and industries within Clay, Greene, Lawrence, and Randolph counties in developing workforce programs which benefit the workforce and employers. Workforce Training offers training in Pocahontas, Paragould, Piggott, and online.
