Black River Technical College (BRTC) is pleased to announce the cohort for its Second Annual BRTC Leadership Program.

Participating in this year’s program is Shane Copeland, Director of Student Career Readiness; Cindy Daffron, Director of Clinical Education for Nursing; Margo Davis, Director of Career Pathways and Title IX Coordinator; Claire Fisher, Communications Specialist; Travis Harris, Math Instructor; and David Weick, Fiscal Support Specialist for Accounts Payable.

BRTC Leadership was designed to strengthen institutional knowledge, develop emerging leaders, and enhance cross-departmental collaboration. Participants will engage in eight sessions over a nine-month period. The sessions will cover accreditation, budgeting, compliance, student affairs, academic affairs, emergency preparedness, workforce training, and institutional advancement.

The cohort’s first session is scheduled for the end of September.
