Black River Technical College is seeking an individual to oversee the Breath Alcohol Testing (BAT) Program Grant. The BAT Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Breath Alcohol Testing (BAT) Program, teaching impaired driving enforcement, maintaining an annual budget and conducting impaired driving enforcement campaigns. The position is provisional, and based on grant funding through the National Highway Traffic Administration and the Arkansas State Police Highway Safety Office.
This position is governed by the Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training as applicable by State and Federal regulations and in accordance with the institutional policies of the College.
Requirements:
Education requirements are a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Preferred); CLEST Certified Law Enforcement Officer with a minimum of five years of experience; CLEST Certified Law Enforcement Instructor
A valid Arkansas Commercial Driver’s License is required.
Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
