Black River Technical College has awarded Rylee Blansett of Jonesboro the Smiles by Baltz Scholarship.

Blansett is a 2026 graduate of Brookland High School and is seeking a degree in computer information technology.

The Smiles by Baltz Scholarship funded by Smiles by Baltz is made possible through the 2025 BRTC Foundation Golf Tournament headlined by Proventus. The 4-Star sponsorship package enables donors to offer a $1,000 scholarship to a BRTC student the following fall.
