Black River Technical College (BRTC) has awarded Sarah Addison of Hardy the Sylvia Cagle Single Parent Scholarship.
Addison is a 2019 graduate of Greene County Tech High School and is seeking a degree in criminal justice. She has one child, Atreus Callum.
The Sylvia Cagle Single Parent Scholarship is provided by Darrell Cagle in honor of his mother, Sylvia, who raised him while being a single mother.
